If you think about it, why are these secrets. Why are so few able to build a really successful business online. So much stress goes into building a solid foundation where one can be able to live comfortably off of. Money is in the list. But with so much difficulty in trying to build a healthy list it's no wonder that so man flock to lead generation methods to build their list.
Internet Lead generation has been hot for some time with so many products out to solve this issue. With the common marketer barely able to generate 5 leads a day this is big business. There comes to a point when one must decide:

I guess it just depends on what you do but in my book I rather build a huge team of sales driven reps. So then how does this happen?

See if you can sponsor with value, then you can educate in mass while still being able to bring people in. See, people want to learn how to build a solid income stream. A successful way to finally end the struggle of financial emptiness.
If you understand network marketing then you know sponsoring 3 people really isn't going to do it. Sure there will be those who hit the jackpot and sponsor a whale but for the normal non lottery winning associates it's a long journey to building a thriving business. So if you plan on sponsoring people online then building a list is not just important, it's mission critical.
Deliver enough value to help people achieve what they want in life and the internet becomes a funny place. Viral marketing kicks in and then you have a marketing campaign you could no longer keep under raps.
