these days i do about 0% in face training. mainly due to time constraints… the ONLY time I do coffee or lunch if someone picks me up at my office for lunch (since i don’t drive to work) my lunch hour is very flexible… but basically when I go home… it’s family time.. I have found I have been able to build a pretty big team not doing hotel and face to face meetings..
the ONLY exceptions to this rule have been to leaders with established teams wanting to join me
