Look, stuff happens and when it comes to dealing with people's lives it's vitally important to “measure twice and cut once”. The China building collapse of the Lotus River Garden building is a sad testament that this doesn't always apply.
Tight Schedules
Poor Engineering
Cutting Corners
Ignoring Safety
I believe there have been some workers that didn't make it out alive. This could have been worse and glad there weren't people living inside (if they were that would have been premature since the surrounding areas were still being developed).
I'm just shocked like something like this could happen when you have so many “eyeballs” on the project.
What makes this even scarier is that these so called engineers are spring up building all over the world with building codes just like the one in the picture above (building laying on their side).
China Building Collapse – Really?
But then again I've seen it worse.
- I've seen people try and build their online business on properties they don't own.
- Online markters who have their entire business in the hands of someone else (youtube for example).
- Many who don't own their business yet rent it (then cry when their landlord evicts them online – Youtube Slap).
- Would rather cut corners and save some money in effort to cash in only to see their online empire collapse.
I'm here to teach people online to not mimic the China building collapse. Why build up a huge online empire only to have it all crumble due to a poor foundation. That poor foundation needs to start with properties you own and done correctly.
If your online and working to make a name for yourself by making some serious money then it's time to OWN your own business online by owning the process. That process starts by owning your own web properties.
I'm here to keep you online and profitable, and that starts with a SOLID FOUNDATION. Get this wrong and you might as well be tipping your business over for complete collapse sooner than later.
Check Yourself Before You Break Yourself
Make sure you protect your assets. Your website online is an asset. If your sending all of your information to other properties online that you don't own…. well your just asking for trouble. Don't self sabotage yourself. Any work or money you put into a project should be done with careful consideration.

Lawrence, I love the beautiful analogy here. I’ve also been amazed that people take the easy way out and use platforms like blogger and blogspot. You’re a winner brother
it’s sad but when people’s lives are at stake you would think people would “invest more time”… but then people get stuck in their own junk and never excel and blame the company government for not helping them retire… sad but true
i just want people to take better care of their own income
